13. REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE YOUR DATA

You may request to review, update, or delete your personal information by:

SERVICE PROVIDERS (SUBPROCESSORS)

We use third-party service providers to operate our Services and process personal information on our behalf. These providers only process personal data as necessary to perform services for us and are contractually obligated to protect personal information.

Our current service providers include:

Infrastructure and Hosting

We host our application and infrastructure using Railway, which may process personal data as part of hosting, storage, backups, and infrastructure services.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card information on our servers. Payment information is processed directly by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy.

Error Monitoring and Logging

We use Sentry to monitor application errors, crashes, and system performance. Sentry may collect technical information such as:

  • IP address
  • Device information
  • Error logs
  • System activity related to application errors

This information is used solely to maintain system stability and improve the Services.

We may update our list of service providers from time to time.

CUSTOMER DATA PROCESSING

Our Services allow customers to store and manage business data, including contacts, leads, notes, and other business-related information ("Customer Data").

We process Customer Data only on behalf of our customers and in accordance with their instructions and our Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to collect and process personal data stored in the platform.

We do not use Customer Data for our own marketing or advertising purposes.

BACKUPS

We maintain secure backups of data for disaster recovery and system integrity purposes. Backup data may be retained for a limited period even after account deletion and will be automatically deleted according to our backup retention policies.
